Jane - this is excellent advice and I have used it in my busy schedule lately. I have found it really works well and starts the 1:1 meeting with clarity and focus - and ultimately cuts down the meandering and getting off topic.

She reported in our next coaching session that setting goals for 1:1 meeting "helped tremendously. Having them really speeds up meetings significantly and really is saving me time.”
