Great to get your confirmation on usefulness of this summary. Thanks for taking time to comment.
Checked out your web site--what a great collection of resources youve put together on small biz bookkeeping. Will keep on file for my coaching clients.

This is a do list I gladly appreciate and would definitely follow. I also read David Allen's version of this. Thanks a lot for sharing!

I love David Allen's book--it changed my relationship to paper clutter and to my to-do list in wonderful ways. I don't always follow it perfectly, but fortunately the system is fairly forgiving, and the more I do use it, the more I get things done. This is a great post on a couple of the essential things about it. My other favorite thing he insists on is putting every piece of paper into a file--another way to get stuff out of your brain and into a sensible place.
